Choose two different sizes. Two different loon facing directions.
Left stamp is what you'd choose for default design impression.
> Large on 1/2” round stock. Design actual 11x11.5mm.
Choose left (default) or right or a mirrored set of both for savings.
> Extra Large on 3/4” round stock. Design actual 16.5x17.2mm.
Choose left (default) or right or a mirrored set of both for savings.
This is quite a large stamp.
> Choose a full set of four stamps for extra savings.
Tips:
Use a large enough hammer, such as 2.5#, which will likely take more than one strike.
A stump-like non-bouncing surface is needed for larger hammers.
Recommend using underlayment to drive up details on thinner metal, though not necessarily.
Metal should be well annealed or dead soft.
Special attention may be needed for tail detail. The star area should impress the easiest.

The Rebel Loon design was created by Moorhead-based software engineer and web developer Bernardo Anderson. He released the logo, which combines the Minnesota state bird with the Star Wars Rebel Alliance symbol, on Reddit in mid-January 2026 to represent solidarity and resistance. Anderson made it available for free download.

Whenever I mention left or right I am referring to the tool/stamp itself.
Tool steel, fully hardened to and tempered and batch tested and verified to 57HRC +/-2.
Shanks are a bit less than 3" long.
These are sawed, filed, sanded and engraved by me.
They may each be a little different, as I make one for you special.
Designed for use to hand stamp on non-ferrous metal. Not to be used in a press.
