Choose two different sizes. .
> Large on 1/2” round stock. Design actual 11.6x11.6mm.
> Extra Large on 3/4” round stock. Design actual 17.3x17.3mm.
This is quite a large stamp.
> Choose a set of both stamps for extra savings.
Tips:
Use a large enough hammer, such as 2.5#, which will likely take more than one strike.
A stump-like non-bouncing surface is needed for larger hammers.
Recommend using underlayment to drive up details on thinner metal, though not necessarily.
Metal should be well annealed or dead soft.
Focus on hammering the bill area to set and then may need extra hits to complete the lower rounded area and for even impression.

The Rebel Loon design was created by Minnesota-based Riina Ryynänen Loar. She drew and announced the design in Facebook, mid-January 2026 to represent solidarity and resistance. Riina made it available for free download in Proton.

Tool steel, fully hardened to and tempered and batch tested and verified to 57HRC +/-2.
Shanks are a bit less than 3" long.
These are sawed, filed, sanded and engraved by me.
They may each be a little different, as I make one for you special.
Designed for use to hand stamp on non-ferrous metal. Not to be used in a press.
